SHIPPING POLICY


POS Online Store will ship, FREE of charge, to the continental United States and Canada (Additional charge for Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico as they must ship USPO.) Items will ship to arrive in 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted or the product is out of stock. Free shipping does not apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico as they must ship air. If you are shipping to one of these locations, selecting 'Free Shipping' will delay your order as we must contact you for approval of the shipping charge.

All orders placed before 6:00 PM EST will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. If there is going to be a delay shipping your order, such as being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected ship date.

We insure all of our customers' packages use UPS and FedEx for most shipments. We also offer expedited 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. These are based on business days and FedEx and UPS operating schedules. For on account shipments or Saturday delivery, please contact us by phone to order.
